ChatBoom² is free to use. Optional paid upgrades (ChatBoom² Plus, boosts, and other premium features) are billed through the app store you purchased from — the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never charge your card directly.
Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund past charges. Cancel any time: iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Your premium features stay active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the store first.
LCR ONE OÜ is an Estonian company. EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; when you buy through Apple or Google you exercise this right through them, and it may be waived once you ask for the service to start immediately (which happens when premium features activate at purchase).
If you were charged in error, didn't receive what you paid for, or have any billing problem, email support@chat2boom.com from your registered login — include the store receipt. We reply within 24 hours and will always make it right where the issue is on our side.
